A man in the
United States (where else?) is suing his local
Home Depot store after a teenage prank left him
glued to a restroom toilet seat. Bob Dougherty,
who has passed a lie detector test, claims that
the store’s employees failed to respond
to his calls for help.
Dougherty reassures his critics that his suit
is not about the money: “I want my health
back. I want to be normal. I want to make sure
this never happens to anybody ever, ever again”
he says. He claims for more than US $3 million
for pain, humiliation and other losses! |
